The aim of project controlling and expert advice is to support the LAF in the performance of its tasks as an exemption authority in order to ensure the professional, timely and cost-effective execution of the measures for decommissioning/recultivation and aftercare of the old landfills in compliance with the legal and official requirements as well as the existing contractual agreements, taking into account the proportionality of the measures to be implemented.

The tasks of the project controller include (in each case including reporting)

of the AG):.

- the monitoring of all measures covered by the exemption for

hazard prevention or decommissioning/recultivation and aftercare of old landfills in strict compliance with the principle of proportionality,

- the comprehensive technical and expert support of the LAF for all

Contaminated sites, soil protection law, waste law and water law

relevant issues as well as in the implementation of the

Freistellungsvereinbarung,

- the coordination of the project participants in coordination with the LAF,

- Participation in the updating of the project objectives, their implementation in

Specifications for action/cost/schedule planning as well as control

corresponding specifications,

- the accompaniment of procedures for the award (if necessary extension) of contracts

(including the examination and evaluation of submitted applications for

Approval of measures and release of funds, procurement and contract documents

as well as award proposals),

- the technical support of the LAF in the evaluation of the

services provided by the respective measure providers (including the accompaniment of

Acceptance of services as well as the examination of the submitted invoices for

factual and mathematical correctness as well as refinancing) as well as

- the technical support of the LAF in your function as responsible

Soil protection authority as well as in the support of approval procedures.
