1. The subject of the contract includes the construction within the scope covered by the design documentation for the investment entitled "Construction of heat pump installations with a total heating capacity of 1500 kW and a photovoltaic farm and parking lots with a total capacity of approx. 950 kW along with the necessary technical infrastructure at the Olsztyn-Mazury Airport in Szymany on plots No. 463/35, 463/37, 463/40, 464/7, 859/1, 860/1, 3883/1 and 3883/3 within the geodetic area of Szymany, Szczytno commune, for which the investor is Warmia and Mazury Sp. z o.o."

2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT – constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ, which includes: Architectural and construction design with a building permit constituting Annex 1a to the SWZ (for parts I and II) and Technical Design with bills of quantities and specifications constituting Annex 1b to the SWZ (for parts I and II).

Part I:

TASK I. Construction of heat pump installations with a total heating capacity of 1500 kW for the following areas:

Area 1 (HP1) boiler room terminal: it is planned to introduce ground source heat pump technology with a heating capacity of 700 kW together with the accompanying infrastructure,

Area 2 (HP2) boiler room tower: the planned project will consist in the introduction of ground source heat pump technology with a heating capacity of 308 kW together with the accompanying infrastructure,

Area 3 (HP3) boiler room building no. 8: introduction of heat pump technology with a heating capacity of 108 kW together with accompanying infrastructure,

Area 4 (HP4) hangars boiler room (container engine room): the planned project will consist in the construction of a new container boiler room with the installation of ground heat pumps with a heating capacity of 374 kW together with the accompanying infrastructure,

Area 5 (HP5): introduction of air heat pump technology with a heating capacity of 10 kW with associated infrastructure.

TASK II. Construction of internal installations in hangar buildings.

Part II:

Task I. The construction of a photovoltaic farm and parking cars along with the necessary technical infrastructure will cover the following areas: Area 1 (FV1) photovoltaic farm: The designed photovoltaic farm on the plot no. 463/35. It will consist of photovoltaic modules with anti-reflective coating, mounted on metal supporting structures. Area 2 (FV2): Designed structure with photovoltaic panels in an existing car park with a total capacity of approximately 46.5 kWp and an area of approximately 260 m², carport.

Task II. Construction of a fence and monitoring of the farm.
