The subject of the order is “Receiving, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki” (the area of the whole Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki is one sector).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its implementation is contained in Chapter III SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste generated on real estate where residents live and on properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated on the terms set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Radomyśl Wielki - Resolution No. XV/119/19 of December 23, 2019 of the City Council in Radomyśl Wielki.
1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki in the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 (the area of the entire Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki is one sector).
2. The subject matter of the contract shall be performed in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste is achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced.
3. The management of collected municipal waste must comply with the waste hierarchy set out in Article 4(1) of the EU Framework Directive
on waste 2008/98/EC.
4. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste generated on real estate where residents live and on properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated on the terms set out in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Radomyśl Wielki - Resolution No. XV/119/19 of December 23, 2019 of the City Council in Radomyśl Wielki
5. The total amount of waste that is expected in the order is 3 257.10 Mg
6. Property owners are obliged to put containers or bags outside the fence, in front of the property to a public road, on the day of export according to a fixed schedule.
7. In the Municipality of Radomyśl Wielki, a container and bag system of municipal waste collection at the "source" will be in force.
8. Under the contract with the Contracting Entity, the Contractor shall deliver bags and containers for the collection of municipal waste in the quantities necessary to collect segregated and mixed waste in the following way:
a) bags - on an ongoing basis - for exchange - for each full bag returned, the Contractor will deliver an empty one upon receipt,
b) containers, in such a way that - for residential properties where up to 4 people live in a household - a container of 120 dm³, for residential properties where 5 or more people live in a household - a container of 240 dm³, for uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated - a container of the size resulting from the submitted declaration.
9. The Contractor shall provide the opportunity to receive additional bags for property owners at the selective municipal waste collection point at Kościuszki Street in Radomyśl Wielki.
NOTE 1: Under the contract, the Contractor shall equip the property with containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste in such a way that:
1) for residential properties where up to 4 people live in a household - a container of 120 dm³,
2) for residential properties inhabited by 5 or more people in a household - a container of 240 dm³,
3) for uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated, a container of the size resulting from the submitted declaration of
10. Under the contract, the Contractor will equip the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at Kościuszki Street with containers for collecting segregated waste - a minimum of 10 pcs. with a minimum capacity of 6000-7000 dm³ (Kp-7) and containers of 1100 dm³
