The Geological Survey of Norway's (NGU) premises are located in Leiv Eirikssons vei 39, 7040 Trondheim (Lade), and invites tenderers to an open tender contest for cleaning services, and would like tenders for regular and periodical cleaning services in NGU's main office in Lade (approx. 10,623.5 m2).
The contract will be valid for two (2) years, but the contracting authority will have an option to extend for a further two years with one year at a time (1+1 year), to a maximum of 4 years.
The deadline for receipt of tenders is 07 01. 2022, at (12:00).
NGU will award the contract to the economically most advantageous tender based on a total assessment of the following award criteria in order of priority: Price (70%), quality (20%), and environmental management (10%).

The Geological Survey of Norway's intention is to enter a framework agreement for cleaning services in its premises in Leiv Eirikssons vei 39, Lade, 7040 Trondheim. The services that are included in daily cleaning include necessary carpet cleaning, scrubbing, polishing, and polish treatment, oiling parquet flooring, and cleaning and treating stone floors in all premises, as well as internal window cleaning, a plant service, and mat service.
The total area to be cleaned is approx. 10,623.50 m2.
NGU's premises mainly consists of offices, laboratories, canteen, reception, corridors, communal areas, storerooms, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, library, etc. The assignment consists of regular cleaning (cleaning floors and surface treatment, walls, office fixtures and fittings, cleaning laboratory fixtures, drains, mats, internal window cleaning, walls, etc., as well as a sanitation service, emptying residual waste bins, plastic waste bins, paper containers, and waste containers from the waste sorting centre).

NGU will hold a joint site inspection on Wednesday 08.12. 2021 at 13.00, meet in the reception of NGU's main office in Lade.
