I. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of biochemical and immunochemical reagents, control materials, calibrators and consumables along with the lease of an integrated biochemistry-immunochemistry platform and a biochemical beck-up analyzer as well as their service.
II. The minimum limit requirements for the integrated biochemistry-immunochemistry platform and the beck-up biochemistry analyzer are specified in detail in Appendix 2A to the ToS
III. Biochemical reagents, control materials and calibrators for the integrated biochemistry-immunochemistry platform and the beck-up biochemistry analyzer are specified in Appendix 2B to the Terms of Reference.
IV. Immunochemical reagents, control materials and calibrators for the integrated biochemistry-immunochemistry platform are specified in Appendix 2C to the Terms of Reference.
V. Consumables for the integrated biochemistry-immunochemistry platform and the beck-up biochemistry analyzer are specified in Appendix 2D to the ToS.
VI. The quantity of the ordered goods will not be less than 65% of the maximum assumed value of the Agreement.
