The Authority is seeking to award 2 contracts for Lot 1 Provision of an Implementation Service and Lot 2 Provision of an Evaluation Service for our Trusted Relationships Programme. Relationship Funds will be provide grants for up to 10 local Authority led projects over 4 years across England only. The proposed duration is for 2 years with scope to extend for a further 1 + 1 year.

Lot 1: Implementation Service: to act as an implementation partner for the Home Office's Trusted Relationships Fund, supporting the planning and delivery of the projects that have been successful in applying for grant funding.

The supplier will act as an Evaluation Partner for the Home Office Trusted Relationships Fund, supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of projects that have been successful in applying for grant funding.
