The purpose of this consultation is to support the rehousing of the 130 households impacted by the PRU of Denain, and also about 20 households impacted by OPAH RU on the city of Denain.

The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum of 50 and with a maximum of 150 households to accompany over the duration of the contract.

Studies carried out within the framework of the PRU of Denain have made it possible to assess the number of dwellings affected by a so-called “heavy” demolition or rehabilitation of 245 dwellings:

115 units were identified as vacant.

The number of households to rehouse therefore amounts to 130 (16 homeowners and 114 tenants) (as of 20.4.2021).

In addition to the implementation of the urban project, La Porte du Hainaut and the city of Denain are implementing an OPAH-RU “New Denain” over the period 2020-2024.

In this context and for the sake of consistency, it is proposed that the operator in charge of rehousing and social monitoring of families to be relocated under the PRU also accompany households that may be affected by social support or rehousing under OPAH-RU, at the request of the community only.

The number of households requiring support under the OPAH RU is estimated at 20 households (owners or tenants).
