Description:
Expansion of the AVAYA IP Telephony system along with configuration, technical support within 36 months

The subject of the contract is the extension of the IP AVAYA Telephony system along with configuration, technical support within 36 months. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

1. The extension of the IP Telephony System of the Ordering Party will be carried out within a maximum period of 60 Business Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement (it is a criterion for the evaluation of offers).

2. Within 10 Business Days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, the Contractor shall present a detailed schedule of the Implementation together with a proposal of test scenarios. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to present its own test scenarios and submit comments to the Implementation schedule presented by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to take into account the comments submitted by the Contracting Authority within no more than 2 Business Days. The Implementation Schedule requires acceptance by the Ordering Party. With the consent of the Parties, each of the deadlines indicated in the mutually agreed Implementation schedule may be changed by up to 10 working days. The Contractor is obliged to accept such a change of deadlines (by no more than 10 working days) for individual items indicated in the agreed schedule of the Implementation, which results from the objective needs of the Contracting Authority, such as the need to perform new tasks that were not known at the time of accepting the schedule. The contracting authority requires that the schedule provides:

1) the date of making the complete Implementation available to the Ordering Party on the test environment provided by the Contracting Authority (including the possibility of using operator services for the test pool of numbers) to carry out tests - falling no later than 20 Business Days before the day resulting from the Contractor's offer (the day of test implementation).

In the event that the Contracting Authority finds defects in the Implementation on the test environment, the Contractor will be obliged to remove them and indicate a new day of test implementation. If no defects of the Implementation are found, the Ordering Party shall confirm the correct execution of the Implementation on the test environment in the IP Telephony System expansion protocol;

2) commencement of the provision of operator services, Technical Support and the possibility of using the TTS Tool at the earliest on the day of test implementation. If defects of the Implementation are reported on the test environment, these deadlines may remain unchanged;

3) at least 4 Business Days for the Ordering Party to carry out the acceptance of the Implementation on the test environment;

4) deadlines for the implementation of trainings referred to in points 13 and 14 of the OPZ – falling within 10 Business Days from the date of signing by the Ordering Party the protocol confirming the correct execution of the Implementation on the test environment.

If defects of the Implementation are reported on the test environment, these dates will be changed so that these trainings are carried out after the Ordering Party confirms the correct execution of the Implementation on the test environment;

5) The Ordering Party requires that the schedule provides for Implementation in the production environment after completing the trainings referred to in points 13 and 14 of the OPZ, within the deadline resulting from point 5.1 of the OPZ, so that the Ordering Party can maintain continuity of using the System.

3. Technical support of the entire IP Telephony System shall be provided within 36 months from the date indicated in the schedule referred to in point 5.2 of the OPZ.

4. The provision of services of the SIP telecommunications operator for the needs of the IP Telephony System will be carried out for 36 months from the date indicated in the schedule referred to in point 5.2 of the OPZ.

5. Training of employees and Supervisors in the operation of the extensive IP Telephony System will take place before the production launch of the extensive IP Telephony System, the Contracting Authority allows training to be conducted both on the target solution not yet implemented and on the Contractor's infrastructure.

6. The training for system administrators will be carried out within 10 Business Days from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the expansion of the IP Telephony System, referred to in point 5.3 OPZ.
