Design and construction of the S19 expressway on the section Jawornik - Lutcza length approx. 5.25 km

As part of the order, you must design and build:

• an expressway with a dual carriageway section of approx. 5.25 km long: Passenger Service Place MOP II Jawornik str. right, (i.e. MOP I with a reserve of land under category MOP II);

• Two-nave Road Tunnel T-2;

• technical buildings at the tunnel with equipment;

• road engineering facilities;

• reconstruction of existing roads in terms of collision with the S19 route;

• additional roadways serving the adjacent area;

• hardening of the area for maintenance;

• technical roads;

• infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists;

• environmental protection devices including animal passages;

• acoustic, anti-dazzle and windward screens;

• infrastructure for the needs of facilities located along the expressway, including: power supply and lighting networks, rainwater drainage with cleaning devices, water and sewage pumping stations, technological channels and others;

• reconstruction of colliding equipment and networks of existing underground and above-ground infrastructure — demolition of buildings and structures;

• road marking and road safety equipment;

• road and tunnel traffic management system;

• technological channels;

• planting greenery;

• construction or reconstruction of exits to plots;

• protection of landslides and landslide predisposed areas;

• other preparatory, auxiliary and organizing work.
