The purpose of this procedure is to provide combined surveillance and security services, identified and characterized in the table in Annexes II and III, corresponding to operative I - Rolling stock, trains, gates and administrative buildings - Ordinances and alarms, operative II - Rolling stock, administrative buildings - Ordinances and alarms - Providing combined surveillance and human security services and connection to central reception and monitoring of alarms throughout the national territory.
