-heated area approx. 1500 m²

-Space heating surfaces by means of underfloor heating, towel radiators

electr. and tubular radiators in stairwells and drying rooms

-Installation of approx. 40 single-room fans

-Installation of 4 basement ventilation systems with dew point control

-Installation of a garbage room ventilation system

-Air duct network with approx. 300 m spiral seam pipe
