Central Implementation Project under the National Road Traffic Management System on the TEN network - Stage 1 - Design, delivery, implementation, commissioning and maintenance as well as development of the central system.

The order will consist of:

a) design, delivery, implementation and commissioning of IT infrastructure elements (data integration bus, central software, data centers with the necessary software and hardware) enabling the launch and management of ITS services nationwide, including the provision of regions, road circuits in access to software (KSZRD central modules);

b) creation of the National Traffic Management Center (KCZR) in Warsaw and a backup data center in the Traffic Management Center (CZR) building in Stryków (which is also a regional CZR in the KSZRD Stage 1 Regional Implementation Project at the GDDKiA branch in Łódź),

c) design and implementation of construction works related to the adaptation and equipment of the building of the National Center for Traffic Management in Warsaw;

d) equipping other regional CZRs with IT solutions of central modules and integrating them with KCZR (at the level of central software);

e) design and then equip the road network covered by Stage 1 in the area of the GDDKiA Branch in Warsaw with roadside infrastructure (Distributed Implementation Modules) along with the accompanying infrastructure and the telecommunications network, and launch of roadside infrastructure elements;

f) performing tests for central and distributed modules (SAT, FAT, SIT);

g) providing support services, maintenance and development of the central system as well as support services, maintenance and development of distributed modules.

The scope of work also includes:

- feedback transfer KSZR-CPW to GDDKiA or a subsequent contractor.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law, compliant with the subject of the basic contract, up to 20% of the value of the basic contract consisting in the repetition of similar services and construction works to those specified in point 5.1. IDW and Volume II, III and IV of the ToR.
