The purpose of this contract notice is to set up framework contracts for SMALL REAL ESTATE WORKS (PTI) without a financial commitment for a period of 5 years (Firm share 3 years and 2 years option) for operations between 3 and 250 K € on buildings of EDF tertiary sites.
