1. The subject of the contract is the provision of service of an enveloping line with the right of option.

2. The Ordering Party declares that during the period of providing the maintenance service, the assumed production quantity will not be less than 26,000,000 envelopes.

2.1. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility, under the right of option, to increase the assumed production quantity by a maximum of 10,000,000, i.e. up to 36,000,000 envelopes, during the period of providing the maintenance service.

2.2. The Contractor may not make any claims if the Contracting Authority does not exercise the right of option or its full scope.

2.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference and Appendix 5 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.

2.4. Envelope lines are located in the Mass Printing Department of the Printing Office at 25A Podskarbińska Street in Warsaw, 03-829 (the place where the service is provided).
