This public contract concerns a works contract relating to the new construction of a complex for the benefit of the companies at the Quartier Sous-Lieutenant Thibaut in Flawinne, in accordance with the conditions of this CSCh.

The work includes, but is not limited to:

• The demolition of the current J block;

• The establishment of an infiltration basin under the parade-ground;

• The construction of the new complex for the benefit of the companies;

• The replacement of the district's central boiler with a gas-fired boiler;

• The creation of a gas network within the district in accordance with the study of the ores network operator.
