3.1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of expert opinions on the assessment of the documentation on the EC verification of the subsystems: (1) Control-Command and Signalling Track-side, (2) Infrastructure, (3) Energy.

3.2. The subject of the contract has been divided into three parts, as follows:

3.2.1. Part 1: Preparation of expert opinions on the assessment of the 'EC' verification file of the Control-Command and Signalling Track-side Subsystem.

3.2.2. Part 2: Preparation of expert opinions on the assessment of the EC verification documentation of the infrastructure subsystem.

3.2.3. Part 3: Preparation of expert opinions on the assessment of the EC verification file of the energy subsystem.
