The subject of the contract is the supply of active electricity to organizational units of the Municipality of Radom without legal personality and an entity being a party to the agreement on the joint conduct of the public procurement procedure. The scope of the contract, the estimated amount of energy supplied and the contractual capacity are specified in point II.2.4 of this announcement. The subject of the contract is the supply of active electricity to organizational units of the Municipality of Radom without legal personality and an entity being a party to the agreement on the joint conduct of the public procurement procedure. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period is: 6 360 064.60 kWh, which is indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity up to 122 energy consumption points. The minimum (guaranteed) value of electricity consumption during the delivery period will be: 5 340 877.00 kWh, which is indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ
The contractual power for all consumption points is 7 459.00 kW in total.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL Act.

Information on the means of electronic communication by which the Ordering Party will communicate with the Contractors, as well as information on technical and organizational requirements for preparing, sending and receiving electronic correspondence are specified in Chapter XVI of the SWZ.
The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the electricity being the subject of the contract in these proceedings for a period of 12 months starting from the day following the expiry of the existing contracts for the sale of electricity to the Final Customer, but not earlier than from 1 January 2024. In the event of commencement of sales from January 1, 2024, the twelve-month term of the Agreement will end on December 31, 2024.
