The object of the order is the maintenance of park greenery, greenery, playgrounds, recreation areas, memorial sites and unfurnished green spaces, and the care of high greenery in the area of Białołęka district in Warsaw in 2021.

The scope of the work shall include in particular:

1. care of low greens (lawns, clusters of shrubs, annual plants);

2. care of high greens;

3. planting of trees, shrubs and annual plants;

4. keeping clean;

5. snow removal of alleys, stairs;

6. performing minor repairs to elements of a small architecture;

7. Determination of threats posed by broken or damaged trees.

— Annex No 2 to the template of the contract — the list of areas covered by the contract,

The commissioning of the individual works covered by the contract will take place within the dates and locations indicated by the contracting authority in the detailed work orders.

OPTION LAW

The Contracting Authority does not provide for exercising the right of option

Insurance policy requirements

For the duration of the contract, the contractor undertakes to hold a valid liability policy in connection with its business activities for a sum of insurance not less than the gross offer value.

Equivalent solutions.

The Contracting Authority does not introduce equivalent solutions.

The term of the contract.

The agreement will be concluded for a period of 6 months no later than 17 December 2021.

Detailed terms of execution of the order shall include a model contract.

Order value

The Contracting Authority shall not provide at this stage the amount to finance the contract.

Quality Guarantee

The Contracting Authority shall indicate the terms of the quality guarantee in §6 of the model contract.

Additional Contractor Responsibilities

The Contracting Authority shall apply the social clause under Article 95 of the Law of 11 September 2019, Public Procurement Law (OJ 2019, item 2019, item 2019).

The contractor or subcontractor shall be obliged to employ an employment relationship within the meaning of the Labour Code (OJ 2020 item 1320 as amended) or the relevant provisions of the Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area in which the contractor is established or domiciled workers who during the term of the contract will perform the work specified in § 1 of the model contract in the scope of: weeding, planting, raking, mechanical shearing of trees.

The Contracting Authority shall not apply the requirements pursuant to Article 96 (2) (2) (2) of the Law of Public Procurement Act.

The Contracting Authority shall not restrict the application for a contract award only to the contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law Act.
