Supply of equipment for ZPP and laboratories

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers and laboratories.

2. The requirements, quantities and detailed description of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract, which the contracting authority will provide to the Contractors invited to submit tenders who meet the conditions set out in the notice.

3. The contracting authority has exercised the right of option in the procedure in question (the contract includes the basic and optional contracts).

4. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed within the deadline:

- the number of calendar days resulting from the most advantageous offer, but not later than by 30.11.2023 - for deliveries of basic quantities (whichever expires earlier);

- 30 days from the submission of the declaration on exercising the option right, but no later than by 30.11.2023 – for deliveries of optional quantities (whichever comes earlier).

The minimum possible delivery time is 15 calendar days.

The maximum possible delivery time is 60 calendar days.
