The order includes the operation of about 8531 pieces of light points and activities performed on the basis of orders

Scope of road lighting operating activities: 1. activities settled monthly according to a flat rate: a) operation and technical inspections of devices, power supply and protection equipment, measuring and control equipment in lighting cabinets at least 1 time per month; b) constant attention to the aesthetics of road lighting devices (cleaning luminaires, washing lampshades, removing cobwebs and insects as well as posters from poles and cabinets); c) technical inspections of luminaires and recesses of lanterns; d) measurements and operational tests of road lighting in Wrocław in accordance with the "Traffic and Operation Instruction"; e) receiving reports of lighting malfunctions, reporting and repairing damage within 2 days from the moment of notification; f) elimination of any failures in street lighting devices within 2 days from the date of finding or notification, i.e. damaged switchgear in cabinets and poles (including sockets and fuse inserts, clamping and fuse plates, switches, connectors, contactors, relays, signal lamps, mounting and terminal strips, internal wiring), used light source, damaged luminaire equipment (chokes, ignition systems, holders, terminals); (g) the verticalisation of lanterns; h) checks on the condition of road lighting at night at least 1 time per week; (i) immediate removal of risks to road safety and to human health and life caused by lighting devices; j) keeping the "Operating Book", and in the absence of it, also setting up for lighting devices powered from a given lighting cabinet containing: a single-line circuit diagram with the type of luminaires and light sources, protocols of measurements carried out, records with the date of failure for each device on individual objects and records with the date of inspections, visual inspection and defects found on these days; k) making lighting devices available at the request of the Ordering Party to other Contractors for the purpose of extension, reconstruction, modernization or warranty repair; l) connecting and disconnecting advertising and other devices to the lighting network at the request of the Ordering Party and drawing up a protocol; m) ensuring constant wireless communication in the GPRS system of cabinets with CPAnet controllers on the www.cpanet.pl page in the amount of 80 pcs.; n) activities performed with the participation of the Ordering Party:  control of road lighting efficiency at night at the request of the Ordering Party at least 1 time per month and not more often than 2 times a month;  visual inspection of road lighting devices at the request of the Ordering Party at least 1 time per year. 2. activities settled according to the statement of costs of the task for the service of replacement and repair of lighting elements: a) location of the cable line damage; b) repair of damaged cables (muffing); c) replacement of the cable line along with digging, backfilling of the excavation, and reconstruction of the surface in the field; (d) replacement of damaged luminaires; e) replacement of damaged luminaire elements (power supplies, LED panel, etc.); f) replacement of supporting structures up to 8m high together with the foundation, boom, wiring and fuse plate; g) replacement of supporting structures over 8m in height together with the foundation, boom, wiring and fuse plate; (h) replacement of timers; (i) replacement of power and control cabinets; (j) reconstructing the numbering of columns; (k) maintenance and protection of the coatings of supporting structures;
