The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste generated and collected from owners of real estate inhabited and not inhabited from the area of the Raczki Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) indicated in the description of the order in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of municipal waste biodegradable submitted for storage and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Raczki, Resolution on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste generated and collected from the owners of real estate inhabited and not inhabited from the Area of the Raczki Commune and from the Selective Waste Collection Point indicated in the description of the order.

Municipal (PSZOK) in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Raczki Commune, Resolution No. IX/83/19 of the Raczki Commune Council of 30 October 2019 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and the management of this waste in exchange for

a fee paid by the owner of the property for municipal waste management. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ
