Insurance for the University of Oviedo

The purpose of the insurance consists of the subscription by the University of Oviedo of an All Risk of Material Damage insurance policy, in order to have the insurance, sometimes mandatory, of the risks that may be suffered by the assets that constitute its patrimony

The purpose of the insurance is to cover by means of an insurance policy the possible liabilities of the authorities and staff at the service of the University of Oviedo, as well as the members of the Social Council, by reason of their position and of the University of Oviedo Foundation (FUO)

The insurance coverage guarantees civil liability for nuclear damage that, in accordance with current legislation, originates from radioactive equipment owned by the University of Oviedo

The insurance will cover the professional civil liability that, in accordance with the current legal regulations, is applicable to the Legal Service of the University of Oviedo, its dependent personnel for culpable acts or damages caused involuntarily to third parties by events deriving from errors, negligent omissions or professional negligence committed in the development of their activity

The insurance will cover the professional civil liability that, in accordance with the current legal regulations, is applicable to the Technical Infrastructure Unit of the University of Oviedo, its dependent staff for culpable acts or damages caused involuntarily to third parties by events that derive from errors, negligent omissions or professional negligence committed in the development of its activity

The purpose of the insurance is to guarantee the risks of Compulsory Civil Liability of recreational boats owned by the University of Oviedo
