The contract concerns the overall management of a stock of reusable beverage containers such as cups and/or pitchers.

Global management means:

- The purchase of reusable supplies;

- The management of orders for reusable supplies;

- The control, counting, cleaning, drying, packaging and storage of these supplies stored in sealed boxes;

- Delivery and return (round trip) of reusable supplies stored in storage boxes;

- The inventory of supplies;

- Invoicing to the customer.

The contract shall be awarded on the basis of the unit prices mentioned in the tender. At this stage, the contracting authority is not in a position to define precisely the quantities of services to be provided. Consequently, the presumed quantities indicated in these special specifications are given for information only, and they do not bind the contracting authority in any way. The successful bidder may not claim any compensation in the event that the presumed quantities are not reached.

The services expected in the context of the contract are further defined in the technical clauses of these special specifications.

The services can take place throughout the Province of Namur and the Commune of Héron.
