The purpose of this contract is the assignment of "PKI certification qualified services" for the use of the Public Administrations of the Tuscan territory and provides for the stipulation with the Economic Operator Awarded a Framework Agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

This contract is aimed at the stipulation of a Framework Agreement pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and regulates qualified certification services and in general PKI services intended for use by Public Administrations of the Tuscan territory. The following can join the Framework Agreement: Tuscany Region (Regional Council and Council), Regional Bodies and Agencies established pursuant to art. 51 of the Statute, Estar, the Companies and Bodies of the SSR, the local authorities of the territory and the other contracting stations of the Tuscan territory as well as their in-house companies.
