The subject of the Order is the supply to Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. of ammonia water with a concentration of 24%±0.9% technical purity, Grade II, for SCR installations of power units with transport in the period from 2 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 in the amount of up to 22 717 tonnes

The subject of the Order is the supply to Enea Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. of ammonia water with a concentration of 24%±0.9% technical purity, Grade II, for SCR installations of power units with transport in the period from 2 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 in the amount of up to 22 717 tonnes.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of ammonia water expected for delivery during the term of the Agreement in accordance with the following. The actual amount of ammonia water supplied can range from 17,000 tonnes to 22,717 tonnes.

This record is due to the possibility of a reduction in electricity production, caused by the volume of energy demand by the national electricity system and in the event of a failure of generating equipment with the Contracting Authority, resulting in a prolonged overhaul stop or reduction the need for ammonia water as a result of optimization of the operation of energy blocks.

Ammonia water shall meet all requirements of Standard PN-C-84035 for Species II.
