The object of the procurement is the construction of the extension and alteration of the Hinthaara Education Centre.

The contract form is a complete contract. The construction contractor acts as the main contractor and the main producer referred to in legislation. Plumbing, ventilation, building automation and electrical work are part of the main contract.

The developer requires that the contractor has familiarised himself with the construction site before submitting tenders.

The construction site will be presented on 28.7.2023 starting at 10.00 a.m. from the staff parking lot
