Appointment of a social secretariat (full service), integrated with new time recording system and implementation of HRM software for the period 2022-2026. After that, graduated implementation of the software for the SOFT HR.
The Social Secretariat provides a HRM system to support the following HR processes:
Module wage and human resources management with social secretariat services.
— calculation and payment of payments/social legislation,
— external declarations,
— digital documents for employer and purchaser,
— maintenance, updates, helpdesk and incident management,
— Social legal support,
— information security,
— automatic notification at key moments (or at least filtering options),
— additional functionalities.
Module integrated time recording system including telework.
Modules to support the SOFT HR processes:
— HR Round and Feedback,
— training: training catalog/platform,
— recruitment and selection,
— automatic reporting (or at least filtering options) at key moments, (mandatory evaluation moments for starters after three and six months, mutations, promotions, retirement, diseases more than one month/one year, [...])
— reporting (dashboards),
— additional functionalities.
