The purpose of this works contract is to ensure the studies, the realization and the inspections and tests of

Civil engineering in relation to slabs for various uses, connecting gutters, road works

and various outdoor structures (solids, metal frames)

Services on flat-rate unit price schedules:

- Position 1: Studies

a) PRO file

(b) Detailed studies

c) Record of Works Performed (DOE)

- Position 2: General Facilities

(a) Establishment of facilities

(b) Monthly cost of facilities

c) Decline in all of the above installations

- Item 3: Works

These items are broken down into OUs whose quantities are estimated.

3.2 ESTIMATED SHARE FOR TOP-UP BENEFITS

- Item 4: Subsequent contracts

Realization of additional services, not provided for in the General Price Schedule, which concern in particular, the processing of hard points that would require the mobilization of specific means or the realization of specific services in the field of the Market on the basis of the General Price Schedule (BGP) (rates and coefficients, supplies,..) and on prior estimate.

As the scope of these services cannot be defined a priori, they will be carried out through subsequent contracts.

- Position 5: Construction site hazards

Realization of additional services related to site life and hazards (Adaptation or Intervention Request Form (FDAI), implementation of acceleration procedures (atypical schedules).
