Description:
Delivery of furniture and chairs with assembly for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science of the Gdańsk University of Technology

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture and chairs with assembly for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

2. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into seven (7) parts:

Part I – Supply of swivel chairs with assembly

Part II – Supply of office chairs with assembly for SOT

Part III – Delivery of furniture and chairs with assembly for KASK

Part IV – Delivery of tables to Room 01

Part V – Delivery of furniture with assembly to room 329

Part VI – Delivery of furniture with assembly to room 746

Part VII – Delivery of the cabinet with assembly

3. The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free from defects in materials and construction, without prior use and may not be subject to the rights of third parties.

4. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for all parts of the contract.

Delivery of swivel chairs with assembly

1. Part I – Delivery of swivel chairs with assembly in accordance with the specification:

1/ Ergonomic office chair – pcs. 10,

2/ Ergonomic office chair – pcs. 4,

3/ Swivel chair – 2 pcs,

4/ Swivel chair – 3 pcs,

5/ Swivel chair – 8 pcs.

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

3. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for all parts of the contract. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into seven (7) parts

4. Offered chairs must be covered by min. 24 months warranty period

- counted from the date of signing the handover and acceptance protocol without comments.

7. A detailed description and requirements for the order are set out in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.

8. The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit together with the offer the means of proof in question, i.e. technical documentation to confirm the compliance of the offered deliveries with the requirements/features specified in the description of the subject of the contract (applies to all parts of the subject of the contract).

By the technical documentation of the order, the Ordering Party understands:

Data sheets of the offered seats or own descriptions confirming all the parameters and approvals required by the ordering party:

1/ Certificate confirming the abrasion resistance of the upholstery fabric in the range of min. 155,000 ± 5,000 Martindale cycles

2/ Certificate confirming the non-flammability, non-toxicity of the upholstery fabric

3/ Document confirming the health safety of the fabric

4/ Document confirming compliance with ergonomic requirements for chairs intended for office work and at the computer

In order to confirm that the chairs meet the specified quality requirements and the production of chairs operates in a sustainable and nature-friendly manner, the contractor shall attach:

- a certificate confirming that the seats are manufactured in accordance with the ISO9001 standard

or equivalent other certificate from an independent dealing body

certifying the compliance of manufacturers' activities with quality standards"

- a certificate confirming that the production of seats is carried out in accordance with the standard

ISO 14001 or equivalent other independent entity certificate

certifying compliance of manufacturers' activities with standards

Environmental

Delivery of office chairs with assembly for SOT

1. Part II – Supply of office chairs with assembly for SOT in accordance with the specifications:

1/ Office chair – 5 pcs,

2/ Office chair – 2 pcs.

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

3. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of partial tenders. The contractor may submit a tender for all parts of the contract. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into seven (7) parts

8.1. By the technical documentation of the order, the Ordering Party understands: the description of the offered subject of the order, i.e. the manufacturer's data sheets, manufacturer's /distributor's folders, printouts from the manufacturer's/distributor's websites of the offered furniture and/or chairs, as at the date of submission of tenders, or own descriptions confirming all the parameters required by the ordering party.

Delivery of furniture and chairs with assembly for KASK

1. Part III – Supply of furniture and chairs with assembly for helmets in accordance with the specification:

1/ Conference table – pcs. 1,

2/ Chair – pcs. 10,

3/ Farm buildings (521) – kpl. 1,

4/ Farm buildings (529) – kpl. 1 ,

5/ Desk A – pcs. 2,

6/ Desk B – pcs. 1.

By the technical documentation of the order, the Ordering Party understands: the description of the offered chairs, i.e. the manufacturer's data sheets, manufacturer's / distributor's folders, printouts from the manufacturer's / distributor's websites or own descriptions, which are valid on the day of submitting offers. The description should confirm all the requirements specified in the SWZ regarding the subject of the contract and the description of the materials used in the production of furniture prepared in accordance with Annex 9 to the SWZ – this description should confirm all the requirements described in the SWZ.

Delivery of tables to room 01

1. Part IV – Delivery of tables to Room 01 as specified:

1/ Work table – pcs. 4,

2/ Round wooden table – pcs. 1.

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.

4/ Printer cabinet – pcs. 1,

5/ Utility cabinet – pcs. 1.

5/ Protective plate – pcs. 1.

2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.
