1.The subject of the contract is the supply by the CONTRACTOR of electricity to 3 measuring systems of the CONTRACTING ENTITY with a total estimated amount of 1 975 MWh for a period of 12 months. The CONTRACTOR should take into account the variability of electricity supply at the level of (-10/+15%).

2.The subject of the contract concerns the supply of electricity to consumption points, which are described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply by the CONTRACTOR of electricity to 3 measuring systems of the CONTRACTING ENTITY with a total estimated amount of 1 975 MWh for a period of 12 months. The CONTRACTOR should take into account the variability of electricity supply at the level of (-10/+15%).

2. The subject of the contract relates to the supply of electricity to the intake points, which is described by Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. Names and codes describing the subject of the order (CPV):

09300000-2 - Electricity, thermal, solar and nuclear

09310000-5 - electricity

4. The volume of electricity consumption, which is the subject of the contract, is estimated and may differ from the actual amount of energy collected during the period of the contract. The CONTRACTING AGENT undertakes to consume a minimum of 90% of the estimated amount of electricity. When performing a calculation for the purposes of submitting the Offer, the CONTRACTOR should take into account the possible fluctuation in electricity consumption.

5. Annex 1 to SWZ indicates distribution parameters (contractual power/tariff group and others) which may change during the duration of the contract for the sale of electricity within tariff groups included in the SWZ and valued in the tender form.
