AFK eiendom FKF shall in connection with the project 25123 Eikeli Sixth Form College — addition and reconstruction implement a qualification process for tenderers who are interested in submitting tenders for a turnkey contract with a solution proposal. AFK eiendom FKF hereby invites Turnkey contractors and their architect(s) and engineers/engineering designers for pre-qualification to the tender contest.

The property agency belonging to Akershus County, AFK eiendom FKF, is the Contracting Authority and shall implement the project on behalf of the County.
The Contracting Authority shall reconstruct parts of the College’s lower floor as well as expanding the College with a new school wing and a sports hall. The sports hall shall be executed in co-operation with Bærum municipality. Based on the building, regulations and site conditions, the school shall be expanded to include minimum 8 parallel study specialisation classes. The address of the school is Bispeveien 10, 1362 Hosle.
Further information about the scope of the contractual work is stated in the tender documentation Point A2. A brief description of the scope of the contractual work:
The Contractor (turnkey contractor) shall in the application for pre-qualification present an engineering design group where the contractor is responsible for the contractual obligations, with a minimum number of contractual assistants such as:
— architect (ARK),
— landscape architect (LARK),
— consulting engineer, environment (RIM),
— consulting engineer, building engineering (RIB),
— consulting engineer, HVAC and sanitary installations (RIV).
All consulting engineering companies must have central approval in accordance with the prevailing requirements for this type of buildings.
The chosen solution proposal will be presented to AFK eiendom FKF and approved before a binding contract is signed with the turnkey Contractor.
The Contracting Authority shall as a starting point implement one negotiation round with the tenderers. All parts of the tender can be negotiated.
