Each lot requires building surveying and inspection services conducted by qualified Building Surveyor(s), Chartered Engineer(s), or Architect(s) on behalf of the Housing Agency in support of its role to assist the local authorities (LAs) or other state bodies or Departments and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs) in the acquisition of suitable large residential (5 plus bedrooms), larger hospitality type properties and/ or commercial properties for social housing and/or other programmes as and when required.
