The object of the measure according to § 16 paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code II in conjunction with section 45 para. 1 sentence 1 nos. 1 and 2 of the SGB III is the introduction to the training and labour market as well as the identification, reduction or removal of obstacles to placement.

This may include all activities of activation and support of the unemployed aimed at permanent occupational integration.

Orientation, language and integration for refugees entitled to benefits under the SGB II who have only recently been in Germany and have not yet taken part in any language or integration course.
