The subject of the contract is the first stage of reconstruction of the building of the Main Building of the Catholic University of Lublin located in Lublin at Al. Racławickich 14 (precinct 41-Wieniawa, ark. 4, dz. no. 2/5), in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ and Chapter V of the SWZ.
The subject of the contract is the first stage of reconstruction of the GG KUL building located in Lublin at Al. Racławickich 14 (precinct 41-Wieniawa, ark. 4, Dz. 2/5), in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ, the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ and Chapter V of the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. The Ordering Party shall not divide this contract into lots. Failure to divide the contract into lots shall not infringe the principle of fair competition. The possibility for smaller operators, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, to compete for the contract is not restricted. The division of the contract into lots could jeopardise the proper performance of the entire contract. This would result in excessive technical difficulties, disproportionate costs of performance of the contract, and the need to coordinate the activities of different Contractors performing possible individual parts of the contract could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. The manner of performance of the contract and its nature requires implementation by one Contractor. The dispersion of entities in the case of this contract is not justified technically, organisationally and economically. These orders are the first stage of the reconstruction of the Main Building of the Catholic University of Lublin. The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor carry out an on-site inspection or check the documents necessary to perform the contract referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to perform the key tasks referred to in Article 60 and Article 121 of the PPL in person. The Contracting Authority shall specify the activities to be performed by persons employed on the basis of an employment relationship: Rob. preparatory, including: securing the construction site, rob. construction, including: bricklaying, plastering, roofing works, rob. related to the installation of ceilings and replacement of floors, installation passages through walls and ceilings, rob. installation and assembly in the sanitary and electrical industry, in particular installation of lighting and cables, all works. performed at height, commissioning of all devices, performing necessary measurements and checks, preparation of as-built documentation. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL. The scope of the contract will consist in repeating/performing similar construction works covered by the basic contract. The contract will be awarded after an appropriate public procurement procedure on the basis of a separate agreement with the Contractor. The contract will be awarded if necessary and may generically cover all or part of the works included in the basic contract. Any similar services will be provided in the field of construction and installation works. In terms of construction works, the works will concern the construction of additional walls, additional ordinary buildings and buildings with fire resistance up to REI 120 inclusive, additional fire passages, additional suspended ceilings, painting, scraping, replacement of window and door joinery together with the delivery of doors and windows. In terms of installations, similar orders will concern the implementation of additional installations: ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, telecommunications, water supply and sewage, central heating, additional basic internal lighting, emergency and evacuation.
