The scope of the contract includes the supply and assembly of solar collector installations in a total of 78 sets in 3 communes, i.e. Rokietnica: 29 sets, commune Suchy Las: 15 sets, commune Puszczykowo: 34 sets as well as delivery and assembly of photovoltaic panel installations in a total of 273 sets in 3 communes, i.e. Rokietnica: 142 sets, commune Suchy Las: 70 sets, commune Puszczykowo: 61 sets.
Solar panels:
The subject of the order is the modernization of technological systems for heating hot utility water in residential buildings in the communes of Rokietnica, Puszczykowo and Suchy Las. All modernized systems will use renewable energy sources.
Photovoltaic panels:
The subject of the order is the supply and installation of photovoltaic module systems for generating electricity. Excess energy will be transferred to the power grid to accumulate and receive it on a net-metering basis.
The scope of the contract includes:
1. Installation of solar collectors in a total of 78 sets in 3 communes, i.e. Rokietnica: 29 sets, commune Suchy Las: 15 sets, commune Puszczykowo: 34 sets.
2. Installation of photovoltaic panels in a total of 273 sets in 3 communes, i.e. Rokietnica: 142 sets, commune Suchy Las: 70 sets, commune Puszczykowo: 61 sets.
Task 1: assembly of solar collector installations
The scope of the contract includes:
- preparation of design documentation (construction and executive design) necessary to install a complete solar set / solar installation for the needs of preparing CWU together with the necessary control and measuring fittings,
- obtaining the required arrangements, permits, notifications, permits, etc.,
- development of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works,
- construction and installation works involving the installation of complete solar systems,
- connection to the existing hot utility water installation with mixing valve,
- connecting a second heat source to the upper coil of the solar tank based on completed documentation,
- conducting training for system users.
- measuring and monitoring system implementation.
- solar collectors will be located mostly on the roofs of residential buildings, facades of residential buildings and also as free-standing on the ground, i.e. on a foundation.
Task 2: assembly of solar farms
The scope of the contract includes:
- development of complete as-built design documentation in all required sectors regarding the installation of solar farms,
- making the necessary expertise (e.g. checking the roof load capacity, if necessary),
- obtaining all permits, applications required by law, obtaining new connection conditions, etc.,
- assembly of structures for PV modules,
- assembly of PV modules on the structure,
- installation of a DC switchgear protecting the DC side and AC switchgear protecting the AC side,
- laying cable routes and cables from PV modules to DC electrical switchgear,
- modernization of the electrical switchboard, including the installation of protections,
- installation of PV inverters,
- assembly of automation and monitoring system,
- connection of PV module inverters to the investor's power system,
- tests and electrical measurements of installations checking the correct operation of the apparatus,
- system commissioning and adjustments,
- training in operating the completed installation.
In the field of construction works:
- making the necessary mounting holes to introduce devices,
- bricking up the mounting holes after introducing the devices,
- culverts in places where cable routes pass through walls, roofs or other obstacles,
- sealing of culverts,
- carrying out works to restore the facilities to their original condition.
