The municipality of Eemsdelta, together with Acantus, is looking for a party or consortium (at least consisting of a developer, architect and contractor) for the realization of Park Delfzicht, who designs, elaborates, puts up for sale the entire housing program of 90 owner-occupied homes 45 social rental homes at their own expense and risk, purchases the disposable land and then realizes it at its own expense and risk, taking into account the very specific target group from the demolition/new construction assignment.
