Leiden University of Applied Sciences wishes to outsource the supply of new audiovisual equipment (AVM) and second-line support on all AVM present, in the form of follow-up of malfunctions, carrying out repairs on hardware and adjusting software to a third party and has started a European public tender for this purpose.

Please note: HL organizes a chimney on site on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the main location of HL, located at Zernikedreef 11 in Leiden. During the chimney you can form a picture of the already present AVM in the main building of the university of applied sciences.

You must register in advance via a message in Mercell. Two people per tenderer may participate in the chimney.

The tender includes the following supplies and services:

- Supplying and assembling AVM in the various types of rooms of HL;

- Supply of associated accessories and consumables (headphones, microphones, cables, etc.);

- Preventive maintenance on installations that are not maintained by HL's own staff;

- Second-line support and corrective maintenance on all HL AVM present;

- Advising in customized AVM applications such as hybrid and online education;

- Training of 1st line AVM personnel of HL in remedying and signaling malfunctions;

- Being able to offer alternative AV facilities by means of rent / lease in the event of failure of crucial AV facilities in, among other things, educational spaces;

- Offering and maintaining customer service contracts (such as media site) of HL in the form of delivery of hardware, updates, corrective maintenance and support with configuration and operation;

- Maintaining the asset database.
