                        Unlimited tender for the successive supply of medicines for the SPZOZ-Dr. J. Dietl Hospital in Krynica-Zdrój.
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicines to the premises of the Ordering Party, as described and the requirements set out in Annex No 2 to nin. specifications.
2. Designation according to the Common Dictionary of Public Procurement: 33.60.00.00-6 Pharmaceutical Products.
3. The item of the order consists of 11 packages. For a detailed assortment and quantitative list, see “Assortment and Price Form” - Annex No 2 to SWZ.
The order will be processed for a period of 12 months.
