The existing asbestos-containing roof covering of the R1A and R1B buildings must be demolished and replaced by a new roof structure consisting of a roof with insulating plates with a roof covering with profiled plates. Skylights in the renovated roofs are fitted with smoke evacuation. The works also include the complete redesign of the existing dressing rooms with new showers and associated techniques. The sewage system is replaced by a separate system with septic tanks.
