Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DBS) for procuring temporary employee benefits
The object of this procurement procedure is the establishment of a dynamic procurement system for obtaining temporary employee services for the client.
The call for tenders is intended to integrate suitable economic operators into a dynamic procurement system (DBS). All applicants admitted to the DBS are invited to submit bids separately for each individual award of contracts (so-called mini-competitions).
The DBS will be in operation until 31.03.2025.
The validity period of the DBS can be changed by the client at any time, i.e. terminated earlier or extended beyond 31.03.2025. The client will notify all candidates admitted to the DBS via the VMP of any changes to the validity period at least three months before the change occurs. The change is made by means of the corresponding EU announcement in accordance with Section 22 para. 2 VgV.
The estimated order volume is 60 million euros. There is no obligation to purchase.
