The subject of the order is successive deliveries of medicinal products, foodstuffs for special purposes and other medical nutrition products to the Hospital Pharmacy of the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Price Form – Appendix No. 2.1-2.3 to the Terms of Reference. Each Contractor may submit only one offer for the entire contract or a given task(s) in writing, otherwise it will be null and void. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire contract or for a given task/tasks, all bids of the Contractor shall be rejected by the Contracting Authority. The order consists of 3 tasks. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The Contracting Authority shall consider the offer submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial offer. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of offers for individual items.
