Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy intends to launch a study to take stock of the diverse types of crisis response instruments planned, programmed, and implemented since 2020 through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Cohesion Fund (CF) in the 2014-2020 period. It will assess their rationale and the evidence of their effectiveness, efficiency, their coherence with other crisis response instruments, their relevance and the EU added value.
