This competition uses the Open Procedure. Candidates are to prepare separate responses and uploaded to eTenders as follows:

— response to SAQ (1st Stage) uploaded via eTenders to to Envelope 1 titled “Technical” Documents,

— response to ITT (2nd Stage) uploaded via eTenders to to Envelope 2 titled “Quotation” Documents.

Candidates responses to be zipped before uploading and include both the related “Discipline type” and “Lot No.” in the file name.
