The purpose of the Contracting Service is to select and contract a Candidate for the services of cleaning and window cleaning during an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of 6 times one (1) year. The contracting authority opts for 7 lots.
Each candidate may only bid on 2 lots, and can therefore win a maximum of 2 lots. Candidates must carefully consider which parcel suits them best.
