Assistant project management as support for the unit's staff project managers

Independent project management, planned or as a substitute in case of illness or leave

Assistance in individual projects within partial services such as project management, procurement, HSE/QA and related tasks.

Assistance with professional development, for example through course activities.

When engaging independent project management, it will normally be required that the project manager use office space at Hitra municipality, or in the immediate vicinity. The tenderer's normal office location must be indicated in the tender offer.

Assignments within this performance category will include building and construction projects within water and sewage, with opportunities for assignments also within roads, waste treatment plants and other municipal engineering.

 Hitra municipality uses different implementation strategies in the projects, so the construction management assignments will therefore cover both joint contracts, general contracts and turnkey contracts. It is a condition that the construction manager, through their own company or through collaboration partners, can also offer specialist expertise in HVAC and electrical engineering.
