project management consultation for the restructuring of a 148-bed accommodation centre (approximately 3760 square metres of homelessness) managed by Adoma, located in Epinay-Sur-Orge (91360), within the former estate of the Perray-Vaucluse psychiatric hospital. On a plot of approximately 22,000 square meters, the site consists of 4 buildings on the ground floor at R+1 dating from the 1970s, including a small disused building. The provisional programme of works is as follows:- autonomy of the electricity, drinking water and sanitation networks (currently connected directly to neighbouring plots and not to the public domain);- restructuring of rooms: removal or reduction of the number of shared rooms with the creation of additional rooms in the common areas and in the disused building, in order to maintain the current capacity of the centre, creation of individual sanitary facilities in all rooms to replace the collective sanitary facilities, with all the work involved (ventilation system, occasional changes to the facades, etc.), creation of collective kitchens in place of the current refectories.- energy improvement (replacement of exterior joinery, ITE, repair of the insulation of the roof terraces, etc.);- renovation of the outdoor spaces. The project management will be responsible for carrying out the studies and monitoring the works: Diag/Aps/Apd/Pro/Act/Visa/Aor/GPA follow-up missions.
