The subject of the contract is the joint purchase of active electricity for a period of 12 months. A detailed list of electricity consumption points together with tariff groups selected by the Ordering Party, estimated annual consumption of active electricity and a list of ordered capacity for each electricity consumption point is specified in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ (cubature facilities of organizational units of the Municipality of Kielce, municipal cultural institutions and commercial law companies) and in Annex 1.2 to the SWZ (street lighting, traffic lights and other acceptances – Municipal Road Administration). The total amount of active electricity during the term of the contract (12 months) is: 31,493.54 MWh, including: for cubature facilities – 22,399.52 MWh, for the acceptance of the Municipal Road Administration (street lighting, traffic lights and other loads) – 9,094.02 MWh.

Part I concerns 865 electricity consumption points, for which the estimated amount of electricity consumed during the term of the contract (12 months) is 22 399.52 MWh. Ordered power: 18 753 kW. Tariff groups: C11, C12a, C21, C22a, C22b, B21, B22 and B23.

Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract shall include a model contract for Part I, as set out in Annex No 3.1 to the SWZ.

Detailed conditions for the execution of the contract shall include a model contract for Part II, as set out in Annex No 3.2 to the SWZ.
