Description:
Execution, delivery and assembly of comprehensive equipment for rooms in buildings at 21 Syrokomli Street in Krakow for the needs of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Architecture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow

1. The subject of this contract is the execution, delivery and installation of comprehensive equipment for rooms in the buildings (main building and outbuilding) at 21 Syrokomli Street in Krakow for the needs of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Interior Design of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, implemented as part of the investment: "Reconstruction and modernization of the building at 21 Syrokomla Street - the former Industrial School for Girls - in order to adapt it to the needs of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Graphic Arts and the Faculty of Graphic Arts Interior Architecture of the Academy of Fine Arts".

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1, No. 1A and No. 1B to the Terms of Reference "Description of the subject matter of the contract". A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:

a) list of equipment – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference,

b) product data sheets – Appendix No. 1A to the Terms of Reference,

c) technical specification of products - Annex 1B to SWZ.

3. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract are set out in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference - draft provisions of the contract.
