Significant investments are planned for the development of Hærvejen, including the development of a distinctive visual identity. The visual identity is expressed both digitally and physically, and overall there are the following elements in Hærvejen's new visual identity: Graphic identity, digital identity incl. digital map, physical maps and wayfinding. Together, the elements must succeed in supporting the vision to spread awareness of and elevate the experience of Hærvejen.
The tender concerns a contract for the supply of graphic and digital identity to Hærvejen.
The tendered contract covers the supply and development of:
• New visual expression for Hærvejen
• Designguide
• Design of analog maps and guidebooks
• Design and setup of powerpoint presentation to Client
• Design and development of analogue army road passport
• Website
• App
• Digital kortløsning
The future visual identity of Hærvejen must be inspired by and clearly convey the historical roots of the route, as a thousand-year-old thousand-year-old thoroughfare for farmers, traders, pilgrims, horse-traders, kings and armies. 'Army' does not have a military meaning, but means more 'host' along the lines of the alpha: here everyone had to go.
The scope of the tender is further described in Appendix D_Leverancebeskrivelse of the tender documents.
There is a fixed budget of DKK 3,850,000 excl. VAT for the entire contract offered, which is further divided into sub-budgets, which the partial deliveries under the contract must not exceed. Tenders that for each sub-delivery are more expensive than the sub-budget for the sub-delivery will thus be declared unconditional (inadmissible). Read more about this in Annex C_Udbudsbetingelser, point 2.2 of the tender documents.
The contracting entity reserves the right to take award decisions on the basis of the initial tenders.
Pursuant to section 49(2) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting entity has assessed whether the contract can be divided into lots, but has assessed that it is most appropriate, for both practical and economic reasons, to combine the tasks of the contract for the performance of one supplier.
