The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as the order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 3 ° of the public procurement code. The public contract is a single beneficiary. The market is treated at unit prices fixed in the Schedule of unit prices (BPU) of the lot concerned.
This is an allotted market - number of lots: 132All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP). The estimated quantities of the public contract are given for the total duration of the contract and appear in Annex 1 of the CCTP (catalog of requirements). These quantities have no contractual value.
